Our Three-Phase Walkthrough Process

(Applies to new homes, additions, ADUs, structural modifications, kitchen remodels, and bathroom remodels.)

1. Final Blue-Tape Walkthrough

Before your project is officially completed, we perform a detailed blue-tape walkthrough with you. This is your opportunity to review every room, finish, and detail. We document touch-ups, adjustments, and anything that needs fine-tuning. All items are resolved before final sign-off.

2. 30-Day Walkthrough

After you’ve lived in the home or remodeled space for a few weeks, natural settling and small adjustments are common. We return at the 30-day mark to address any new issues, tighten up details, and make sure everything is performing as expected.

3. 1-Year Warranty Walkthrough

At the one-year point, your home or remodeled space has gone through seasonal changes and natural movement. This walkthrough gives us another chance to correct anything covered under workmanship or systems warranties. It also ensures your project remains in top condition long after the initial build.

Warranty Coverage

All interior construction, structural modifications, new builds, additions, garages, ADUs, kitchens, and bathrooms come with:

• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

• 2-Year Systems Warranty (where applicable)

• 10-Year Structural Warranty (for qualifying structural projects)

Outdoor Living Warranty

Decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and covered patios are treated differently due to their exposure to Texas weather. These projects are still protected by our 1-year workmanship warranty, but they do not receive:

• Blue-tape walkthrough

• 30-day walkthrough

• 1-year walkthrough

• Systems warranty

• Structural warranty

Outdoor projects naturally expand, contract, and weather over time. We build them right from day one, but they do not include the same follow-up schedule as interior projects or new construction.
